Our Impact
FamilyPoint Resources was created as a non-profit in 2006 by Fellowship of Memorial, a church plant formed by neighbors with a desire to radically impact their community. It was a conscious step allowing the church to uniquely and inclusively serve the Nottingham Park Area, a cluster of apartments and condos where necessary resources for families to overcome cycles of poverty were lacking. FPR evolved as a response to the needs and hopes we discovered through intentional dialogue with parents, children, schools, and neighbors. Read about our FPR Alumni!

college scholarships provided
In 2019, the FPR Scholarship Fund was created through the support of Chick-fil-A’s True Inspiration Award, Cassandra Brand Interiors, Wilchester Men’s Club, and other donors to provide scholarships to deserving FPR Participants. Through this fund FPR has awarded $223,000 in scholarships.
17+
Years Serving our community
Dedicated staff, volunteers, and donors make it possible to provide empowering programs, not otherwise available, to children.

Every year through after school programs, sports teams, summer camps, healthy meals, back to school supplies, and college readiness.
Our Programs
FamilyPoint creates accessible, enriching opportunities engaging children in education, the arts, and sports to develop a love of learning, a sense of self efficacy, and life skills necessary to flourish. Our programs are an intentional response to the needs and challenges facing children in our community. When a child becomes a part of team, learns to sew a pillow, receives encouragement and when they have consistent caring adults, and friends, in their lives they are transformed.
Arts & Education
After school children (K-12) access enrichment at our community library designed to foster a love of learning through homework help, arts clubs, games, and career readiness. Arts clubs include sewing, dance, cooking, Bible study, Anime, and Gaming. The library offers over 8,000 books, computers, and internet.
Summer camps
June through August we provide engaging and fun week long summer camps for children PreK through 12th grade. Creative Arts Camp, Reading Camp, Basketball Camp, Soccer Camp, Sports Camp, Theatre Camp, Sewing Camp, CG Victory, VBS, and scholarships to Ozark for All keep children active, social, and learning.
Health & Sports
Throughout the year we provide access for children (K-12) to play team sports at developmentally appropriate levels designed to develop character and teamwork alongside technical skills. Sports include cross country, track & field, soccer, basketball, baseball/softball, and volleyball.
community events
We believe our entire community is enriched when we listen, learn, and grow together. In order to bring neighbors, parents, volunteers, and donors together we host community events like Monthly Family Potlucks, Fun Runs, and Garage Sales.

Volunteers are the heart and soul of what we do at FamilyPoint Resources. Whether it is working with a small group of students at Homework Help, coaching a basketball team, helping with set up for our summer camps, or any other number of ways to be involved; volunteering with FamilyPoint offers the chance to serve children and families in meaningful ways that lead to life changing relationships, for those we are serving and for volunteers alike.
